After training at Le Cordon Bleu and spending a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens across the Pacific Coast, Chef Elena found her home on Orcas Island.

Her philosophy is simple: let the ingredients speak. Every dish at Harbor View begins with a conversation with local farmers, fishers, and foragers. The menu changes with the tides and the seasons.
